Double layer, double performance

Double layer. Double performance. Although a single ply of DERBIGUM roofing membrane is fully waterproof, the double-layer system provides added security against punctures.

This exceptionally long-lasting durability is especially important for rooftops that receive regular use and sometimes heavy traffic. Or for example, garden roofs where the added weight of soil and moisture require additional waterproofing protection.

Two layers that overlap each other (see diagram) provide absolute security against leakage or damage. DERBIGUM DL can be easily and effectively applied to all roofing sub-structures, including wood, concrete or steel.

The DERBIGUM DL system allows the contractor to install an initial layer when necessary and then finish the second layer at the end of construction.
