Vapor barriers

Seal out moisture

The vapor barrier is a principal element in any composition of a “warm” roof. It prevents internal condensation from penetrating into the roof due to the natural convection of humid inside air towards the colder external environment.

Moreover, a vapor barrier with sealed joints and seams can be used as a provisional sealing layer during construction.
