We believe that a sustainable approach includes sustaining our relationships with roof owners, specifiers, and our Derbigum Authorized Contractors.

How do we accomplish this?

Education is a key component to our relationships and something that we have made a priority through Derbigum University for our authorized contractors and sales team, The Naked Roof publication, and membership to a variety of organizations that impact our industry.

Our Derbigum Authorized Contractor (DAC) system is in place to ensure that our high quality products are installed by the top contractors in the business. By limiting the number of DAC's across the United States, we are able to provide better support and consistency of installation. It doesn't matter how sustainable your products are if they are compromised in the installation process.

We understand that roof owners who purchase and specifiers that recommend a sustainable Derbigum roofing system expect a high quality product that will exceed the limits of a paper guaranty. They also expect a company that will make certain the guaranty stays effective and roof will remain weather tight. With our sustainable systems, we provide a recommended pro-active maintenance program and the opportunity for a future re-cover for up to 60 years of continuous guaranteed coverage.
