DERBIGUM Superiority

What really distinguishes DERBIGUM from other waterproofing membranes is that it is a prefabricated blend of sophisticated materials. They have all been rigorously studied and they undergo continual testing at our factories:

• A tough sheet of polyester provides very high resistance to perforation.
• Just under the surface, a fiberglass layer protects against UV radiation while assuring perfect dimensional stability.
• The bitumen is mixed with high-grade APP polymers to protect against aging and UV radiation.

The result? A 160 mil membrane made with the highest grade materials and proprietary reinforcement placement. This combination has allowed Derbigum systems to be in place for more than 30 years.
