Derbigum is the first roof specialist in Belgium that is offering an investment fund from its own expertise background for photovoltaic projects. Derbigum participates for 25% in the fund, the rest of the capital is financed by co-investors. The investment fund is the result of the excellent financial results of Derbigum. In concrete, the client receives a free 20-year warranty on the roof covering and the photovoltaic panels.
The advantage for you as a client consists of a combination of 20 years free roof maintenance, an advantageous price for electricity and an eventual renovation of the roof at a reduced cost.
